Data and Methodology Manager, Building Transparency

Dr. Mikaela DeRousseau is a life cycle assessment (LCA) expert in the field of construction materials. She works as the Data and Methodology Manager for Building Transparency, where she provides expertise on EPD data quality for the development of the Embodied Carbon in Construction Calculator (EC3). Previous to working at Building Transparency, Mikaela earned her Ph.D. at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she conducted research related to low-carbon concrete mixture designs.
