With more than 40 years of experience in low-carbon supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs), he’s held diverse roles across various industries. Appointed by the Secretary of Energy, he chaired the National Coal Council from April 2019 to 2020 and served as Chairman of the Southern States Energy Board in 2021 and 2022.
